Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the pulse7x website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use pulse7x from within Bangladesh. All sections of the platform — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, VIP membership, and promotions — are governed by these same Terms. pulse7x reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Pulse7x is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform or create an account. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account termination.

Account Creation & Security
To create an account on pulse7x, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be entered correctly at the time of registration. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and pulse7x reserves the right to terminate any such account.
Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts and their balances may be permanently forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at support@pulse7x.com.
Platform Usage Rules
Pulse7x users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their personal information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using multiple accounts or identities to abuse the platform's bonus system.
- Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in misconduct toward other users.
Violating any of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your pulse7x account, and pulse7x reserves the right to pursue legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on pulse7x are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local Mobile Financial Services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
Deposits are typically processed within 2–5 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of verification. Account verification (National ID) must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated in the Promotions section. Any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.
Pulse7x reserves the right to hold and investigate any deposit or withdrawal where suspicious activity or potential money laundering is suspected. Additional identity verification documents may be requested in such cases.

Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Pulse7x is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability on its platform. However, pulse7x shall not be held directly liable for any financial losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service disruptions. In such cases, pulse7x will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide appropriate support to affected users where necessary.
A user's account may be suspended or permanently closed for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system.
- Providing a false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Illegal financial transactions or suspicious activity.
Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user through the standard refund process. However, this right may be forfeited in cases where the Terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the pulse7x platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of pulse7x or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of this content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
The pulse7x platform may include content from third-party game providers. These third-party services operate under their own terms and conditions, and pulse7x is not directly responsible for their operations. However, pulse7x ensures that all third-party partners are reputable and properly licensed.
